Hey, I'm Dhivya 👋

I’m a content strategist based in San Francisco. I support founders and lean marketing teams with content for their brand and marketing initiatives across websites, social, and campaigns.

I started out in market research, and it still shapes how I approach content. I’ve managed global research studies for Google Workspace and Atlassian Jira, as well as scrappy user interviews for an early-stage fintech startup—talking to customers, understanding their point of view, their bottlenecks, and core needs. This context is often where messaging breaks down.

I’ve worked on brand foundations for Scapia (fintech, Series B) and Terminal 5 (HR ops acquired by Lernia), and led content marketing for an Agentforce partner—spanning webinar campaigns, gated assets, blogs, and customer stories for AI solutions in regulated industries.

I’ve also written campaigns for eero (Amazon), including Super Bowl and March Madness.

I approach content marketing as an engine:
